New Balance 9060 “Turtledove”

The chunky New Balance 9060 gets more neutral colourways for the summer season. This colourway contrasts the vibrant “Prism Purple” rendition and DTLR “Glow” collab, which boasts multicoloured tones that stand out. The New Balance 9060 “Turtledove” sticks to neutral-based colours to tone down the eye-catching design construction of the silhouette.

Boston-based sportswear brand New Balance took design elements from the 99X series to form the NB 9060. Its futuristic approach comes in the form of sway bars inspired by the 990, making up the entire upper for visible motion. Mesh and pigskin suede form the upper construction, delivering New Balance’s premium craftsmanship that we all recognise. This colourway boasts a beige mesh base with light grey suede overlays perfect for summertime. Tan leather panels cover the heel for added detail.

Elsewhere, vibrant hits of faded yellow enter the fold via the heel while silver metallic N logos shine across the mid-foot. Just below, a jet-black tread brings a clarifying close to the robust cushioning system and gleaming palette.
